Tires Plus

I stopped by this Tires Plus because I noticed one of my tires was extremely low while I was at work. After checking the pressure and seeing it was below 15 PSI, I didn't feel safe driving very far, so I went to the Tires Plus across the street. When I first pulled in, I couldn't find a place to park, so I looped around and parked near some other vehicles, thinking I'd be in and out. Before I even had my car door closed, someone yelled at me to move my car to the street. As I tried to explain that I just needed air in my tire, another associate kindly directed me to pull into the garage, park, and come inside. While I was giving my information to that associate, the manager opened the door and loudly asked why there was a car in the garage and whether I had an appointment. After the associate explained that I just needed the free air service, the manager looked at me and abruptly told me I was blocking a van and needed to move my car. There was no "please," no "thank you," and no attempt to understand why I was there or offer any assistance. I appreciate that my tire was filled so I could get home safely, but the way I was treated left a lasting impression. Customer service matt

On a positive note, the business was able to assist us with a flat tire on Memorial Day. We left the car over night as we did not need it for the rest of the day or early Tuesday morning. The business was contacted at 9 am and we were informed that the ETA would be within an hour to an hour and a half hour. We planned for that timetable. Upon arrival, the service had not even begun. We left the business, after being there for over 2 hours at 12:30 pm. The tire warning light proceeded to turn on 3 times upon driving away, to the point where we had to fill on of the tires with air. The best, they did a "full inspection" of the car and stated the washer fluid was perfect. It was empty upon arrival and empty when we left. I cannot recommend this business. Period. The 2 stars reflects getting us in on a holiday. It has been two weeks since dealing with Tires Plus. I was told that an area manager would be in contact. This has not occurred. If one is to choose a tire repair shop and/or a repair shop for your car, I would avoid this one at all cost. The Regional manager contacted me today, June 10th, and we had a great conversation. Chris was able to make sure things were taken care of
